Gerry Verardo is a licensed home and wood destroying pest inspector in the state of Massachusetts and Connecticut. The first 20 years of his career were spent in both commercial and residential construction.   During this time, he was also doing residential remodel work and performing all phases of construction including carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

Due to a job injury, he was forced to change careers and began a new career in real estate.  During his 16 years in real estate, he used his past construction knowledge and his real estate training to foster a very successful real estate career and held a valid license in both California and Texas.  During his time in Texas, his family situation moved him to the Western Massachusetts area where he decided to merge all his past career experiences and started a career in the home inspection industry.  He has performed over 5000 inspections since starting his new career in 2015 and now owns a successful home inspection company where all his past knowledge, experience and continuing education can be shared with future homeowners.
